Your role will involve managing a portfolio of commercial sales agreements related to the production and delivery of fuel and supporting others in entering into commercial sales agreements as required on behalf of the Company, ensuring that all contractual obligations are understood and fulfilled to deliver value to Westinghouse and its customers. Support new opportunities, from identifying prospects to executing agreements.
You will report to the BPD manager (Business and Product Delivery) through the global fuel business unit.
This is a flexible role in which you will be required to work from home and at least 2 days a week at the facility in Springfields. International business travel will be necessary to support this role. You will work in the Fuel Supply and Contract Management team (locally known as Business and Product Delivery (BPD)). You are expected to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the company.
As a Fuel Contract Manager you will:
1. Deliver the suite of contract(s) and all contract deliverables.
2. Balance the needs of the Customer and Westinghouse capability and commercial interests.
3. Represent the Company and be recognised as the contractual lead and key interface with the customer, maintaining and developing excellent customer and other stakeholder relationships in support of contract delivery.
4. Lead/support the delivery of the Voice of the Customer (VOC) surveys.
5. Review and agree delivery schedules/shipment details in line with contractual lead times.
6. Own and manage the contracts demand and financials including all income and cash forecasting, invoicing and cash collection, and Business Plan submission in consultation with the Customer Account Manager/Fuel Delivery and Contract Management Director.
7. Own and manage risk, mitigation plans and escalation where appropriate.
8. Manage and support the interface between all Westinghouse supporting departments and business units e.g. production, quality, transport, finance, and the relevant Westinghouse Business Units in EMEA/ USA.
9. Seek new opportunities within your contracts/customers.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Typically, a number of years relevant commercial experience with customer interface.
* A professional qualification relevant to the role or relevant experience.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Business Systems such as SAP.
