Or, potentially, do you have extensive experience in the hospitality or retail industry & are looking for a solid, earning, career growth switch? If so, we have an excellent position available for you in our sales team, where you can learn & develop your sales career alongside experienced software salespeople. Role: Business Development Rep' AKA: Inside Sales, Software Sales, Telesales, Lead Generator, Sales Development Rep' (SDR). Salary: Median £35K Basic (£30k - £40K range, DOE) £10K OTE (Yr 1) Benefits package Location: Banbury, Oxford. 2 - 3 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, etc. What will my day-to-day look like? - Managing Inbound Leads - Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out & hunting down those opportunities. - Qualifying: are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more? - Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce) - Working with the marketing team to align on outbound sales campaigns. What will I need to bring? - 1-3 years in a sales or lead generation role—if you’ve got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you too - Know what ‘good’ and ‘best’ looks like - Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge. - You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
