Allstaff Professional Services Division requires an HR Advisor for our prestigious manufacturer based in Paisley. You will be required to travel to another site, 15 minutes away, and due to location, own transport is essential. A hybrid working model is available, allowing you to work 1 day from home per week after training.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30-5pm with some flexibility required.
The focus of this role will be to support the organisation with employee relations and positively influence employee engagement, working closely with a number of departments. You will coach and guide line managers/team leaders in relation to performance management and support with the full cycle of recruitment.
Reporting into the HRBP, duties will include:
* Advising on pay and remuneration including promotion and benefits
* Keeping staff up to date with employment legislation
* Coaching, challenging, and supporting line managers in the understanding and implementation of policies such as performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance
* Supporting with recruitment, developing role profiles, adverts, and candidate selection and interviewing
* Ensuring Occupational Health cases are managed, offering guidance with complex cases
* Involved in HR policy development
* Carrying out general HR administrative tasks
