This is a full-time on-site role for a Station Manager at Bristol Airport leading our Cabin Services Operation. The Station Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing communication with staff and customers, providing exceptional customer service and leading teams.

Qualifications

* Operations Management and Team Leadership skills
* Aviation Experience (Advantage not essential)
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Experience in providing training and development
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Knowledge of aviation industry regulations and standards
