Looking to recruit a Customer service advisor to join a leading Property Maintenance Contractor based in Leeds on a temporary contract Responsibilities: Take ownership for responding to inbound communications from tenants (calls and emails) Manage a high volume of calls and repair requests Diagnose repairs ensuring the right information is captured and validated Book in repair work when needed, ensuring the correct operative has been scheduled Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/ inbox Paying £16.68 per hour umbrella. This role is office based 8am - 5pm Requirements: you’ll have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background good working knowledge of Microsoft Office strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. excellent customer service skills If you feel this is the role for you please attach your cv below
