If the challenge of working in a collaborative culture on groundbreaking technology excites you, and you can meet the requirements of the job description below, we look forward to receiving your application Responsibilities: Leading supplier monitoring and auditing activities, ensuring proper development of interfaces and relationships, and reporting insights and findings to Arm leadership and engineering teams. Working with Arm global partners and coordinating supplier qualification and assessment programs. Facilitate suppliers' environmental compliance and provide guidelines on applicable laws and regulations to multiple collaborators. Required Skills and Experience: Broad understanding of the semiconductor supply chain. This includes development, supply chain and manufacturing. Validated experience in the Supplier Quality role as part of a multi-market business, with a practical application of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g. ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3, JEDEC) and environmental regulations (ISO14001, ROHS, REACH, responsible sourcing). Excellent social and interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, and a high level of applied emotional intelligence. “Nice To Have”: Automotive Grade Supplier Auditor Certification (VDA 6.3 etc) Assessor Certificate or Practical Knowledge of Automotive SPICE Knowledge of ISO2700x & Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) Experience in process improvement and root cause analysis methodologies (DMAIC, 8D, 5-why, etc).
