Customer Service Coordinator
Salary: £25,000 P/A
Location: Portsmouth
Duration: This is a temporary position with an immediate start, to go permanent after 12 weeks for the right candidate.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, full time hours - 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour for lunch.
Dynamite Recruitment are working alongside an extremely busy and well known company in their search for an organised and responsible Service Coordinator to join their expanding team.
As a Customer Service Coordinator/Scheduler you will be responsible for the following:
1. Assisting with the booking in of Service visits
2. Receive calls from trade operatives and assist them with their enquiries
3. Receiving enquiries from clients who wish to book in services
4. Placing material orders through the system
5. Upload requests for jobs to be completed
6. Manage the diaries of a team of trades people
7. Work closely with the Accounts Team to create weekly reports, gain authorisation from managers for payments, input invoices
8. Resolve any queries/issues
9. General administration duties; photocopying, maintaining records and telephone answering
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous telephone customer service skills and experience
2. Strong communication skills
3. Excellent administration/data inputting skills
4. Fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
5. Problem-solving ability
6. Excellent organisational/time management skills
7. Attention to detail and accuracy at all times
8. Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
