Carbon60 are proud to be partnering with Lufthansa Technik Landing Gear Services to recruit for an Account Manager. Lufthansa Technik are a global leading provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the civil aviation industry.
This Account Manager position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role, you will be monitoring and recalculating long-term MRO contracts, setting performance targets, initiating contract amendments, and leading re-negotiations. The Account Manager will drive profitability through new business quotes, upselling opportunities, and ensuring timely revenue collection.
Role Responsibilities will include:
Contract Management:
Own Customer MRO contracts and serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries internally.
Recalculate long-term MRO contracts and set performance targets on a regular basis.
Initiate contract amendments and lead contract re-negotiations where required or possible.
Resolve all contractual disputes and disagreements promptly and effectively.Commercial Management:
Make commercial decisions for MRO events or customer MRO contracts within approved authorisation limits.
Influence and sell MRO solutions to contracted customers, driving profitability growth.
Approve customer invoices and ensure all expected revenues are received within business expectation targets.Customer Relationship Management:
