* Supporting staff to deliver Step 2 interventions within the Talking Therapies service
* Providing high quality supervision, support and a focus on wellbeing for staff providing low-intensity interventions within the service.
* Offer expert clinical support and guidance to Step 2 staff
* To have overall clinical responsibility for the delivery of Step 2 interventions
* To ensure National Talking Therapies standards are met
