We're looking for a Housing Officer (Level 2) to join our client's team based in West London.
This role focuses on ensuring excellent housing management, resident engagement, and maintaining high standards within properties and estates.
Key Details:
Temporary role until June 2025
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Rates: £19.38 ph PAYE / £25.47ph Umbrella
Your Role:
1. Engage with residents to understand their needs and provide support.
2. Manage tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance and addressing any breaches.
3. Oversee repairs, cleaning, and grounds maintenance to maintain high property standards.
4. Investigate and resolve anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, working with relevant teams.
5. Conduct estate inspections and ensure properties meet safety regulations.
6. Handle resident queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service.
7. Monitor service charges and budgets, ensuring transparency with residents.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in housing management, customer service, or property management.
2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, residents, and external contractors.
4. A proactive and resident-focused mindset to ensure high-quality service delivery.
5. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
