Job Title: Program Management Office Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Program Management Office (PMO) Consultant to join our team at TRIA. As a PMO Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects by providing expert guidance and support to our project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
* Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
* Progress Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are managed.
* Meeting Coordination: Coordinate project meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in project coordination and management within large, cross-functional teams.
* Experience in supporting projects or programmes related to mergers and acquisitions.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in navigating complex project environments.
* Strong attention to detail, with the ability to map out and track complex project plans and dependencies.
* Experience in capturing and managing risks, issues, and dependencies, particularly in M&A settings.
* Strong reporting skills, with the ability to consolidate data and present clear progress updates.
* Experience in driving continuous improvement in project planning and reporting processes.
* Experience in supporting global projects would be a plus.
