Our client, based in Ellesmere Port, is a market leading supply chain business, looking at renewable energy. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Business Office Manager to support their growth plans.
Job Description
Duties of the Senior Business Office Manager:
* Provide support to the leadership time, coordination of meetings
* Drive internal communications ensuring clarity and alignment of business objectives
* Responsibility for policies and procedures, keeping them up to date
* Review the training matrix to ensure compliance
* Coordinating internal events for staff
* Support HR with onboarding and payroll
* Office management duties: facilities, office consumables, site security, contractors
* Coordinate site visits - PPE, refreshments, meeting room prep
* Monthly reporting preparation
* Lead of wellbeing and inclusive initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be/have:
* Experience working in a high paced environment
* Comfort in ambiguity and change
* Self-starter with can-do attitude
* Deadline drive, problem solver, independent thinker
* Experience in an Office Manager role
