Key Responsibilities: Purchase Ledger Accurately record supplier invoices. Liaise with remote sites for invoice submission. Request and reconcile supplier statements. Support the future implementation of a purchase order processing system, with the potential to manage it long-term. Sales Ledger & Credit Control Generate daily sales invoices for multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and oversight. Liaise with sites on invoice amounts that exceed customer approval. Chase customer payments, working primarily with major UK insurance companies to ensure smooth transactions and maintain strong relationships. Other Finance Duties Assist with bank reconciliations and fixed asset recording as the role develops. The Ideal Candidate The company is looking for a team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively within a small team. Proficiency in Excel and Word – essential for managing finance tasks.
