We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Business Development Representative. This is your chance to join a rapidly growing cyber security provider!
What You Can Expect
* Location: Leeds City Centre (Hybrid – 4 days in the office per week)
* Salary: £25,000 base + £35,000 uncapped OTE
* Employment Type: Permanent
Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative
* Proactively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and video content.
* Qualify leads to assess sales potential and suitability.
* Engage prospective clients, scheduling product demonstrations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* Partner with senior sales leaders to track lead generation efforts and review pipeline progress.
* Earn commission based on booked meetings and closed deals.
Core Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
* At least 6 months of outbound sales experience.
* A strong background in lead generation and cold outreach.
* Willingness to work from the Leeds City Centre office Monday through Thursday.
* Experience in Cyber Security or SaaS sales is a bonus, but not mandatory.
* A self-motivated, ambitious mindset, with a passion for building a career in sales is essential.
