The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective administrative functions within safeguarding and SEND as directed by the Designated Safeguarding Lead. They will provide administrative support and assistance in line with policy to; the DSL, SEND department and the wider pastoral team.
They will ensure deadlines are met in line with Trust and national guidance, share student information with key stakeholders in a professional manner, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Duties will include:
* arranging meetings
* minute taking/record keeping
* co-ordinating follow-up actions from meetings
* general correspondence via telephone, email and face-to-face
