Main duties of the job
As our Hospital Director, you'll be accountable for:
1. Operational performance of the hospital including full financial and budget responsibility.
2. Delivering profitable growth and operational efficiency as well as ensuring all commercial opportunities are identified and mobilised where appropriate.
3. Driving the Quality agenda, putting patient safety first and inspiring your people.
4. Proven experience of driving revenue growth and accountability for budgets, PNL, and operating costs.

Job responsibilities
As a Hospital Director at our Leeds Hospital, you'll inspire and lead the hospital's leadership team and create a culture which embraces, embeds and role models the 'We care' values & behaviours. You'll manage and develop diverse relationships working with consultants, GPs, the NHS, and other external bodies to drive a patient-centric culture.
As Registered Manager and a 'fit and proper person' as defined by the CQC, you'll ensure continued development of external support networks and be accountable for meeting all CQC requirements.
