Offering a modern feel and experience aimed at the 'Gen Z' market, this new build hotel is located just outside Manchester airport and is the first of its kind in the UK under the TRIBE brand.
Once complete, the nine-storey, 12,300m2 hotel will feature 412 rooms and suites, restaurant and bar and a gym. As a key part of this Launch, were looking to recruit a Assistant Front Office Manager to join the hotel at it’s pre-opening stage ahead of a September 2024 launch.

A day in the life of…
As Assistant Front Office Manager you will support the management of the Front Office operation, always ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. you will also support recruitment and continual development of the front office team ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
Based in the Tribe at Manchester Airport you will be part of a team of passionate people who are set to open the latest exceptional hotel offering at Manchester Airport.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess previous supervisory experience in a hotel front office environment. You should also be abe to display exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
