Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an administrator in Plymouth to join a Financial Planning firm.They operate numerous offices throughout the South West, prioritising the fulfilment of clients' and businesses' individual goals with dedicated support. Duties will include but not limited to:
* Prepare documents for client meetings.
* Manage the meeting room diaries, meet and great clients.
* Answer the phone and direct calls.
* Audio and copy typing, photocopying, and scanning, handle post and incoming/outgoing correspondence.
* Typing up meeting notes and assisting partners with other secretarial duties when required.
* Using social media for the office including LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Threads etc.
