What we’re looking for
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Chelmsford office and Call Centre team. You will be responsible for managing employee schedules, office administration, and collaborating closely with both our UK and German teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
We need someone who can work alongside internal teams to establish and uphold company procedures, and who will provide training and support for employees when needed. Strong communication skills in both English and German are essential for building effective relationships with teams in the UK and Germany.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate leadership by guiding teams and resolving queries from Area Managers. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a high-performance culture.
About you
To thrive in this role, we’re looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar office management position. A strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, and Lusha is essential, alongside the ability to interpret and track performance metrics effectively.
Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English are crucial, as you’ll be interacting with our German office and staff regularly. If you have proficiency in French, that would be an added bonus! We’re looking for someone with strong analytical skills, who is comfortable managing administrative duties, and someone who can work independently while managing a range of responsibilities.
