The role
As a Fleet Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. This is an exciting role playing a pivotal part supporting the operations team for MOD customers worldwide.
Day-to-day, you’ll support the operations team leader to validate legal and compliance data on the businesses IT system. Typically, the work will involve you using different sources of information provided by the lease providers and websites such as the DVLA and VOSA; to validate this against our system. There may be a requirement for lease providers of the vehicles to e-mail scanned copies of documents to comply with our accreditation.
1. Speaking to customers daily by email and phone
2. Provide administrative support to a wide variety of vehicle focused activities including scheduling, maintenance and incident management if required
3. Provide administrative support to other teams
4. Liaise with both suppliers and customers where needed both verbally and by e-mail
5. Processing daily reports received from suppliers with accurate data and within key performance indicator (KPI) requirements.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office/onsite and 3 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Fleet Administrator:
6. Competent on MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
7. Experience of fleet management
8. Knowledge of the Transport Industry
Qualifications for the Fleet Administrator
9. Educated to GCSE level

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
