Sous Chef – Award Winning Restaurant – Up to £36,000 – Immediate Start
Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented Sous Chef, for our client, an award winning Hotel in Truro, Cornwall. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven history within a fast paced environment, be a driven individual and be looking to expand their culinary skills within a progressive company.

The successful Sous Chef responsibilities;
5. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
6. Leading, motivating managing and training the kitchen team.
7. Assisting the Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus, assisting with all aspects of kitchen management.
8. Stock control, ordering, dealing with suppliers and all aspects of kitchen health, hygiene and safety.
9. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
