What we can offer: Competitive salary Annual bonus structure Flexible, hybrid working Excellent exposure and progression opportunities Comprehensive training and ongoing support Key Responsibilities: Be the go-to Shopper Marketer for the owned areas of responsibility, sharing insights with internal colleagues Shopper marketing responsibility for driving performance across the owned areas of responsibility in line with business objectives Create and develop a comprehensive shopper marketing plan for the owned areas of responsibility, to achieve sales and profit objectives Implement robust channel plans and initiatives that deliver a best in class shopper experience when Shoppers choose to engage with our brands across the full shopper journey; aligned with brand and channel plans Drive growth opportunities for our brands in the owned areas of responsibility through innovation, class leading communication and marketing activity Build strong cross functional relationships within respective accounts to build a detailed understanding of their business Develop comprehensive and robust shopper marketing calendars for the owned areas of responsibility that adds value to our business and aligns to the wider annual business plans Key Skills: 2 years of marketing experience and/or working in a commercial environment desirable Appreciation of working with both retail and trade customers A ‘can do’ attitude with proven communication skills in a complex working environment Marketing degree or equivalent Enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to use their own initiative to progress projects Thrives in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritise under pressure Agency management experience PPG pay ranges and benefits can vary by location which allows us to compensate employees competitively in different geographic markets.
