Consortia are enthusiastic about offering a fantastic opportunity for a User Researcher to join a leading User Experience and Design Consultancy that has been at the forefront for over 35 years, working with the likes of the BBC, M&S and JP Morgan Chase.
You will conduct audits against recognised accessibility guidelines, facilitating engaging research sessions and producing high-quality deliverables. You'll generate detailed reports and presentations outlining audit findings, research insights, and actionable recommendations for improving digital accessibility and user experience.

What we're looking for?
1. You have excellent communication skills; listening, interpreting and defining sometimes complex concepts.
2. You are an experienced researcher and have conducted user testing sessions.
3. A deep understanding of web accessibility requirements and guidelines (including WCAG 2.1) and experience evaluating online content against them on desktop and mobile would be desirable.
4. You are familiar with HTML and CSS and have basic web development skills.
