Job Title: Project Manager – Medical Affairs
Location: Reading, UK
Contract: 6 months
Pay Rate: £35 - £40/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee medical affairs projects, from manuscripts and abstracts to advisory boards and marketing materials.
* Manage timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring seamless execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
* Maintain compliance with the ABPI Code and industry regulations.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
About You:
* Proven experience in medical affairs project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration.
* In-depth knowledge of ABPI Code and regulatory compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Experience in financial reporting, including budget management and invoice approvals.
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and MS Office applications.
