Job Description
* Manage and maintain the organisation's housing stock.
* Liaise with tenants to resolve any issues related to their properties.
* Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure properties are kept in good condition.
* Coordinate with social services when necessary to support tenants.
* Conduct regular property inspections and generate reports.
* Assist in the development of housing policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant housing laws and regulations.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the property department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Housing Officer should have:
