We are seeking a Risk Practitioner to join our dedicated team and play a crucial role in ensuring the Hinkley Point C project's success through effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain comprehensive risk registers for the HPC programme.
* Ensure all potential risks are identified, documented, and monitored throughout the project lifecycle.
* Identify, develop, and implement risk mitigation and action plans.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective execution of mitigation strategies.
* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the overall Risk Management Strategy and Plan.
* Ensure alignment with project objectives and industry best practices.
* Perform qualitative and quantitative risk analysis on the Integrated Works Schedule.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Risk, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
* Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
* Proficiency in using Monte-Carlo data analysis tools for risk assessment and management.
* Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative risk analysis.
* Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in risk management.
Due to the nature of the work, role holders will be required to undergo a Basic Security clearance (BPSS) and must have Independent Right to Work in the UK.
