The Role: In this role, you will sell a range of market leading capital equipment, used to surgically treat cataracts. Alongside this, you will sell the consumable surgical packs for these products. You will work as the company's national representative across the UK for the phacoemulsification product portfolio. The territory has some exciting accounts with a lot of scope to grow.

To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must have:
· Ophthalmology sales experience OR
· Theatre sales experience
· Clinical understanding of IOL's, cataracts or VR surgical procedures will enhance your application
· A personable character, commercial mindset, motivation and determination.
The Package for Business Development Manager:
· Basic: £60-75k depending on experience
· £20k OTE + uncapped commission
· £800 PM car allowance OR company car
· 25 days holidays, healthcare, pension
