We are seeking a passionate and experienced Taiwanese Cuisine Chef to join our high-performing production kitchen team, crafting authentic Taiwanese dishes for luxury airline catering.
Based across two modern facilities in Feltham and Hounslow, this role demands precision, creativity, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Mandarin fluency is essential due to client and internal team communication.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare a wide range of authentic Taiwanese dishes including dumplings, noodle and rice dishes, and regional specialties
* Support menu innovation using seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends
* Execute consistent large-scale food production, maintaining high quality and safety standards
* Train and mentor junior chefs in Taiwanese techniques and presentation
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workstation at all times
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet production deadlines
* Assist with inventory control and ordering as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef specialising in Taiwanese cuisine, ideally in high-volume catering or hospitality
* Excellent knowledge of regional Taiwanese flavours and traditional preparation methods
* Strong skills in batch cooking, portion control, and food presentation
* Fluent in Mandarin (essential for internal and client communication)
* Ability to perform under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
* Excellent team working and communication skills
