We are now looking for Complaints Investigator/Customer Relations Officer to join our team, based out of our Nottingham office on a 6 months Fixed term contract.
As part of the wider Operations team and reporting into customer relations manager this role is an administrative based role focusing on providing a competent and efficient service to our stakeholders, dealing with interesting and complex complaints, and delivering a fair outcome to all.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in claims/complaints, good attention to detail as well as knowledge of MS office, Work and Excel, the ability to consider the bigger picture, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver a high degree of accuracy.
Knowledge and understanding of complaint procedures within financial service, regulatory guidance and the insurance sector would be beneficial.
