Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?
We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated SENDCO / Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact.
As SENDCO, you will lead in developing and delivering outstanding SEND provision. Working closely with the Director of SEND, SLT, staff, families, and external agencies, you will be central to strategic planning, ensuring all children’s needs are met and celebrated. You will oversee SEND Support Plans, manage EHCP processes, and ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice 2015 and the Equalities Act 2010.
In your teaching role, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to all learners, monitor progress, set aspirational targets, and communicate effectively with parents and carers. You will also contribute to assessment, pastoral care, behaviour management, and the wider curriculum.
