About This Opportunity
Join our dynamic team as a Highways Team Leader, where you’ll lead a small team in performing essential highway maintenance tasks, including minor construction, patching, reactive maintenance, and drainage works. You’ll ensure high standards of performance, safety, and quality, while effectively managing on-site activities. Key responsibilities include:
1. Supervising team members
2. Assisting with material and plant orders
3. Maintaining paperwork
4. Operating light plant equipment
