Whitlocks Estate Agents is a family-run Independent Agent established in 1993 by our founder Montana and specialising in Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land & New Homes, Commercial, and Auctions.

We are looking for someone who has at least a year of experience being a Sales Negotiator or who is looking to progress to a Senior Negotiator role, excels in customer service, and possesses fantastic sales skills.

Estate Agency experience would be preferable but not essential; it is more important for us to find someone who has a passion for property, is suited to this career, and is looking for a long-term career. Estate Agency is not for the faint-hearted, and we need to find someone willing to put in the effort and reap the rewards!

Job role: Sales or Senior Sales Negotiator which will include all aspects of Estate Agency, Sales, Viewings, Administration, Sales Progression, and Social Media.

Location: 229 Pagham Road, Nyetimber, Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 3QD.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per year - depending on experience and commission
Hours of work: 5 days a week - Our opening times are 8.45am - 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 4pm Saturdays. You will be required to work 2-3 Saturdays a month with an agreed day off in the week.
Requirements:
* Local to Bognor Regis (within 15 miles)
* Good level of experience in customer service roles and ideally sales
* Have a Full UK Driving License
