Moment helps people learn to cook in an innovative way with a personal coaching service. This service is completely based in AI using multimodal (text, vision, audio). About this contract role As a Content Program Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on customer experience by ensuring that all content related to recipes, coaching videos and key concepts is ready on time, up to date and continuously improved. You’ll manage feedback loops, track progress, and drive the release of high-quality coaching scripts that enhance the learning experience. You'll also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage tech solutions to improve efficiency where needed. There are no direct reports for this role - the focus is on active, hands-on ownership of content delivery. The ideal candidate will have previously managed content delivery for subscription models and /or B2C products that connect with customers in markets similar to ours. The role is located in Bristol and primarily office-based with minimal hybrid working. The contract will be for an initial period of three months and subject to review. Note: Fluency in Japanese and business level English is essential for this role. Requirements Criteria (what you will be accountable for): Ensuring all dish Information content (recipes, videos, key concepts) is ready by deadline and maintained to a high standard. Tracking feedback from internal and external sources, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring all changes are logged. Driving the feedback cycle to validate and release key concepts, ensuring at least 3 coaching scripts per key concept are refined and approved. Implementing tech solutions to automate and streamline workflows, reducing manual tasks and improving efficiency. Collaborating with content creators, coaches, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and alignment on priorities. Skills (what you will need to succeed): Project management expertise – Able to prioritize tasks, set deadlines, and manage multiple moving parts with ease. Strong communication skills.
