They are currently seeking a Sales Manager to look after their On Trade clients. The Account Manager will be key in building new business and nurturing existing relationships for the brand. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering on targets and work with the Sales team to promote the portfolio.
The ideal Sales Manager must have experience in drinks along with connections to the ON TRADE sector.
Your role as Sales Manager will include:
1. New business development and existing business maintenance
2. Building long-term trading relationships with the key volume and image accounts.
3. Working closely with the ON TRADE Sector to promote the portfolio and signature products.
4. Delivering brand education & training to supplier, retailer and consumer
5. Qualitative selection and development of customers.
6. Identifying effective and beneficial sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
7. Feedback of customer opportunities and competitor threats.
Have you achieved any of the following:
8. The candidate MUST come from a drinks background and have great understanding of the ON TRADE
9. Must have extensive experience for winning new business in the ON TRADE along with relationship building and account management.
10. Personable and keen to development, wants to the next company “superstar”
11. Must be results focused with good communication and teamwork skills.
12. Must be prepared to travel and work evenings and weekends when required.
