Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences? At Stock Exchange Hotel, we pride ourselves on offering meticulous service that leaves a lasting impression. As our Concierge, you will be the first to greet our guests, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay.
We’re looking for a trustworthy individual with a warm, welcoming demeanor and a commitment to excellence. If you're ready to elevate our guests’ experiences and contribute to our growing reputation, this role is for you.
Main Responsibilities
1. Greeting guests and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude.
2. Ensuring public areas, such as the Traders Lounge and lobby, remain clean and inviting.
3. Assisting guests with arranging events, excursions, and transportation.
4. Answering calls, managing reservations, and distributing messages.
5. Tailoring experiences for frequent guests by remembering and addressing their preferences.
6. Resolving complaints effectively and finding appropriate solutions.
7. Providing information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
8. Assisting with luggage and offering support during guest arrivals and departures.
9. Safely operating and maintaining guest vehicles while adhering to traffic and safety regulations.
10. Coordinating special requests, such as business services, entertainment bookings, or shopping.
11. Continuously promoting our hotel’s unique offerings to create extraordinary guest experiences.
Requirements
1. Clean UK Full Driving Licence
2. 25+ years old
3. Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not required
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent service
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
