Role Overview:
As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will play a key role in selling our new homes and developments. You will be responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the home-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real estate, has excellent interpersonal skills, and is driven by achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and engage potential buyers in the sales office, at show homes, and via phone or email inquiries.
2. Provide detailed information about the properties, development plans, and local area.
3. Conduct viewings of show homes, demonstrating the features and benefits of our new homes.
4. Build strong relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process.
5. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales, maintaining regular contact with potential buyers.
6. Manage the sales process, including negotiation, contract exchange, and final sale.
7. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, competitor activities, and local area developments.
9. Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the buying process.
10. Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including updating customer records and reporting on sales activities.
