We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with a solid background in construction to manage and oversee our diverse portfolio of projects. We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead a variety of construction projects from concept to completion. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and attentional details. - manage supply change

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work programmes.
Coordinate with clients, Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and labour, optimising resources for maximum efficiency.
Ensure all work complies with building regulations, health and safety standards, and contractual requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and clients, ensuring clear communication of timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Work closely with the commercial team, ensuring costs are managed effectively and within contractual terms
Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry (minimum 5 years).
Degree or HNC in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent level qualification within the industry
Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction contracts, and industry standards.
Ability to manage projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in managing teams, including contractors and subcontractors, with excellent leadership skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project) and general IT skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Full driving licence.
