A vacancy has arisen for 4 Building Services Officers within the service. The BSO role is an integral part of Repairs, Maintenance and Void sections within the authority with responsibility for providing an efficient and quality service to customers. Required The successful candidate should meet required criteria displaying attributes to complement the existing team including a strong customer focus. Experience in the following areas would be advantageous: Repairs & Maintenance of domestic premises Dampness and mould identification and diagnosis Communicating strongly with internal and external customers IT skills including Microsoft Office suite and Housing database software Surveying, specification production, planning and supervision As a Building Services Officer, you will be a strong team player providing and important service and pro-actively working together to meet the Council's wider objectives.
