Accounts Administrator
* Temporary Role (4-6 weeks)
* Location: Waltham Abbey
* Hourly Rate: £13 - £15 depending on experience
We are seeking an Accounts Administrator for a temporary position within a social housing company. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the social housing or property sector, with a flexible start in early February 2025.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Utilising Square Software for daily banking activities.
* Handling daily invoicing tasks.
* Chasing payments and resolving queries related to them.
* Converting square payments into jobs.
* Allocating BACS payments in Simpro.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Previous experience within the social housing or property sector is preferred.
* Proficiency in using Simpro Software is advantageous.
* Experience with Square Software is beneficial.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
