The Role
This is a varied role for an individual that is enthusiastic, driven, extremely organised, and thrives on a busy and challenging role. As an administrator at Continuum, your main role will be to support a number of Independent Financial Advisers with their report writing, information gathering, and accurately recording financial information. You will have excellent telephone skills and at least 1 year of Administration or Financial Services experience.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Provide admin support to Independent Financial Advisers across the business.
2. Manage and input accurate client records on internal CRM systems.
3. Deal with client enquiries via the telephone for both new and existing clients.
4. Regular use of Excel for monitoring financial data.
5. Liaise with External providers to obtain client information and issue appropriate communication to Advisers.
6. Organise client review meetings and prepare reports.
7. Other general administrative duties as required, such as dealing with post and meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
What we are looking for
1. A minimum of 1 year experience in Administration or a financial services environment is essential.
2. You will be prepared to learn and develop and assist wherever necessary.
3. A high level of organisational skills will be needed to manage the needs of the advisers, clients, and daily tasks within the role.
4. You must be a good communicator, face to face, via telephone and online, always displaying a professional approach, and you’ll demonstrate the confidence to deal with the general public and Advisers.
5. You’ll be proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
6. An extremely high level of attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
7. You’ll be IT literate, with the ability to pick up new systems very quickly and already have a good knowledge of MS Office, Gmail, and Excel.
