We are looking for a qualified mechanical engineer who has had some sales experience ideally of selling engineering components to OEMs looking for a career move with great prospects into sales management. Working for a very well established and profitable British manufacturer of precision engineering components with a growth plan to double T/O in the next 6 years.
BASIC SALARY: up to £40,000
BENEFITS:
· up to £60,000 OTE
LOCATION: Factory based in Daventry 4 days per week you will be commutable and prepared to travel the UK as required to visit clients 1 day per week.

This is a classic business development role selling precision engineering components to OEMS.
You will be factory based for 4 days a week reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the established and experienced engineering team you will be tasked with targeting named potential key accounts and following up marketing generated leads to win contract work getting products specified at the design stage with clients in the Aerospace, Defence, Power Generation & Renewables markets.
This is an engineering solution sell rather than a commodity sell.
