Executive Recruiter - Ophthalmology - Global Markets
Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships with key decision-makers
2. Provide expert sales support to customers to optimize patient care outcomes
3. Promote the company's portfolio of Ophthalmology products
4. Create and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth
5. Manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
6. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful project execution
7. Provide ongoing support and education to customers
8. Assist with regulatory and marketing initiatives
9. Develop training materials
10. Travel throughout the designated region
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience within medical sales (Required)
2. Strong technical and clinical knowledge of Ophthalmology products (a plus)
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
4. Proficiency in standard office software and web-based communication tools
5. Fluency in written and spoken English
6. Eligibility to work in the UK and Ireland (essential)
