* Promoting best practice and contributing towards quality improvements
* Acting as an SFA across a heavy caseload of general, gynaecology and bariatric surgery
* Working as a Scrub Practitioner across various specialities.

Requirements
Requirements of Surgical First Assistant Job in Enfield
* An active NMC or HCPC registration
* Valid DBS on Update Service or we apply DBS for the suitable candidate
* Proven experience in Major Orthopaedic Scrub, particularly in Lower Limb surgeries (Hips + Knees).
* Familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures and techniques. Ability to adapt to different shift patterns.

SFA Job Requirements Proven experience as a Surgical First Assistant Minimum 6 months experience in the NHS or Private hospitals Right to work in the UK Excellent knowledge of surgical care methods and procedures In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them at all times A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Responsible and compassionate Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills Patient with excellent problem-solving skills BSc or other diploma from a nursing program A valid NMC registration Enhanced DBS clearance
