Our client, a thriving contractor based on the outskirts of Redhill, is looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. In this essential role, you'll be responsible for ensuring all contractor compliance is up to date and meets industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing reference & DBS checks for contractors
* Ensuring contractors hold the correct qualifications & certificates
* Coordinating training to keep certifications up to date
* Maintaining accurate records on the in-house CRM system (Matrix)
* Processing and allocating purchase orders (POs) for training
* Obtaining security & access passes to allow contractors to carry out work
Essential Experience:
* Previous compliance or training administration experience
* Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, repetitive role
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
