This is a newly created role, supporting the Head of Property Sourcing to drive contractual bedspace growth in alignment with the AASC contract and Service User demand plan. You will lead and motivate a high-performing team of telephony-based Property Sourcers, to achieve property/bedspace growth target. A critical, demanding role requiring demonstrable sales experience, resilience and passion for working as part of a team to deliver on accountabilities such as: Support the Senior Management Team (SMT) in reaching the contractual bedspace growth in line with the AASC and Service User demand plan. Manage and motivate a team of Property Sourcers and drive this telephony team, to grow their network of landlords and investors in order to achieve property/bedspace growth target. Work closely with and provide the Property Negotiators Team with bed space prospects in line with the regional/plan. Additionally, you will support all aspects of the AASC contract, contributing to sustainable growth in accordance with Service User needs. A key responsibility is leading, coordinating, and managing regional property sourcing teams to enhance property acquisition.
