The Role: In this rewarding role, you will: Work closely with students identified as needing speech and language support. Implement targeted interventions and individualised strategies to enhance communication skills. Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and external professionals to deliver tailored support plans. Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed to meet students’ evolving needs. Foster a positive and encouraging environment to boost students’ confidence and communication abilities. About You: We are seeking a committed and empathetic professional who has: Previous experience in a speech and language support role (desirable but not essential). A relevant qualification in speech and language therapy, education, or similar fields. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and families.
