A leading national commercial property team is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor for an exciting opportunity based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities: An Associate will be joining the Commercial Real Estate team in Bristol, handling a range of complex and high-profile matters across the UK. The role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, covering areas such as:
* Commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, secured lending, development, investmemt, and landlord/tenant matters
* Collaborating within a team with extensive experience across various industry sectors and all areas of Commercial Property law
* Contributing to the growth of the Commercial Property practice, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, secured lending, portfolio management, and landlord/tenant work
* Managing a personal caseload while supporting large commercial property and development deals
Skills & Experience Required:
* At least 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial real estate
* A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships
* Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
* A collaborative team player, with a willingness to mentor and support colleagues
