What You'll Do:
Maintenance Excellence: Carry out meticulous maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
Swift Repairs: Respond quickly to breakdowns, minimizing downtime.
PLC Fault Finding: Troubleshoot at input and output levels to keep processes on track.
Audit Action: Resolve any issues flagged during in-house HACCP audits.
Reliability Boost: Improve machine reliability with planned preventative maintenance routines.
Electrical Troubleshooting: Handle and resolve any electrical equipment issues.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Training: BTEC/ONC in Electrical or Multi-skilled Engineering, plus a C&G 2330 Level 3 Electro-technical certificate with NVQ 3 Electrical Maintenance.
Practical Experience: Completion of a time-served apprenticeship.
Further Expertise: HNC in electrical, mechanical, or production maintenance engineering is highly desirable.
