We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS, AI, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining product strategy and driving the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering, to gather and articulate customer requirements, ensuring that our products align with market demands and deliver exceptional value.
Our team is building the next generation orchestration platform for material handling within Magna and their suppliers. We’re focused on using rich data to bring efficiency to material handling workflows through several software, robotics, and hardware solutions. This role will lead our product strategy and development for the platform that powers decisions in our plants.
Your Responsibilities
* Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company goals and market opportunities in the B2B SaaS space.
* Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers and sales teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate customer needs into detailed functional specifications.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to ensure successful product development. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and feedback.
* AI/ML Integration: Leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance product features and improve user experience. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI/ML.
* Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and customer needs. Analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
* User-Centric Focus: Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that the product meets user needs and expectations. Gather user feedback and iterate on product features accordingly.
* Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and timelines to stakeholders. Prepare and present product demos and training sessions.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Who we are looking for
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS.
* Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and their applications in software products.
* Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to gather and document requirements.
* Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across teams.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to product development.

This role is hybrid 3 days onsite per week in our Lowell, MA office.
