We are currently recruiting a Business Support/Administrator to join a very successful and growing financial services company based in Croydon.
The purpose of the role is to provide proactive and high-quality secretarial and administrative support alongside general office responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Senior Management Team Calendar and Meetings
2. Report Production
3. Presentation Production
4. Team Support
5. General - answering and directing telephone calls, greeting visitors and clients, acting as one of the points of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Strong written and spoken communication skills to enable communication at all levels
2. Highly organised and efficient
3. Ability to handle a varied workload and competing priorities
4. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Willingness to work extended hours, as required
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. Previous administration experience, including diary management
